By accessing or using Docufit ("Service"), operated by Uvact Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Docufit provides job application automation services, resume optimization, and career coaching services. We help users streamline their job application process through automated tools and professional assistance.

3. User Accounts

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription and Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your subscription will end at the conclusion of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service and its features until the end of your paid subscription period. After the subscription period ends, your access to premium features will be terminated.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current billing period, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
